Who we are

About us.

In a precarious and complex socio-security context that our dear country is going through, NFAF stands as a bridge of hope, unity and radical transformation. We firmly believe that faith should not remain isolated: it must be the concrete foundation of social peace, reconciliation and economic development. By uniting our spiritual and material forces, we give back the power to act to the marginalized communities of the DRC.

Our Philosophy

The NFAF operates throughout the Democratic Republic of the Congo as well as abroad, fostering strong collaboration between the diaspora (particularly our network in the United States) and local organizations.

Empowering local communities: Supporting and strengthening vulnerable populations through targeted educational programs, community-based health initiatives, and sustainable economic development projects, grounded in the values of transparency, Christian ethics, and solidarity.

The NFAF has the mission to create a unified, autonomous, and spiritually enriched community in the DRC, where faith serves as an unshakeable foundation for peace, development, and social justice, in a socio-security context that is no longer describable in the country.

Created in Kinshasa on March 17, 2026, in accordance with Law No. 004/2001 of July 20, 2001, which lays down general provisions applicable to non-profit associations and public utility establishments, the National Faith Adviser Foundation (NFAF) is an initiative born from a deep spiritual conviction and a spirit of solidarity in the face of the humanitarian emergency in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
